A customer noticed their outdoor light sagging and the surrounding wood siding feeling soft. What seemed like a small issue turned out to be a much bigger problem.

After removing the light fixture and sections of the damaged siding, our inspection revealed a significant water leak. Moisture had been seeping in from the top of the sliding door’s brick molding, working its way underneath the wood siding and into the insulation.

To fully restore the area, we removed all water-damaged siding, insulation, and trim, Replaced the insulation for proper protection. Installed new wood siding and brick molding. Sealed and caulked all seams to prevent future leaks. Finished with a clean, professional paint job

The result is a fully repaired and reinforced exterior that not only looks great but is now protected against future water damage.
